“When I was assigned the task of organising a group family holiday , I didn’t think much about it as I have organised a few in the past, what I didn’t realise that the family has grown since our last holiday pre pandemic, it’s a group of 18, kids of different age groups, my disabled nephew who is confined to a wheelchair, and two elderly members . I was stuck totally and that’s when my friend recommended Sita, from the moment I contacted Sita everything just felt so easy. She was incredibly helpful from booking flights, cruise, transportation and tours and she went above and beyond to make sure each and every members requirements was fulfilled. We encountered a small issue in Miami, The disabled room for my nephew was allocated correctly, as soon as I mentioned this to Sita, she made sure she got in touch with the hotel straightaway and sorted it, also managed to get us a refund and voucher from hotel for the inconvenience caused.
